I authorize Four Seasons Apartments to verify all information given in this application including rental references, employment and income information. I understand that Four Seasons Apartments may ask for more information to complete the processing of the application. I also authorize Four Seasons Apartments to perform a credit check and background check. I consent to the release of information relating to everything set out in this application. By signing below, I assert that I meet all of the application requirements that are set out in the Four Seasons Apartments website (www.fourseasonlou.com). I assert that I meet the income requirements for the unit I am applying for as set out in the Four Seasons Apartments brochure and the Four Seasons Apartments website www.fourseasonlou.com.
It is understood by the applicant(s) that this application is only preliminary and involves no obligation of Four Seasons Apartments to approve this application or to deliver occupancy of an apartment.

I understand and agree that all application fees are final, non-refundable, and are earned upon submission of my rental application for processing.

I hereby authorize Properties Four, Inc., its owners, employees, agents, and authorized payment processors to charge the credit card provided by me for the application fee and any other charges expressly authorized by me and due at the time of application. I represent and warrant that I am the authorized cardholder or otherwise have legal authority to use the credit card provided. I agree to pay all charges in accordance with the applicable cardholder agreement with the card issuer.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed the fees due at the time of payment, understand the amounts being charged, and voluntarily authorize the transaction. If a charge is declined, reversed, or otherwise unpaid for any reason, I understand that my application may be considered incomplete and may be denied or removed from further consideration until all required fees have been paid in full with collected funds.

I understand that Properties Four, Inc. does not retain or store my credit card information for future transactions. If I choose to make future payments by credit card, I must present my credit card in person at the Properties Four, Inc. leasing office at the time each payment is made, unless another payment method or procedure is authorized by Properties Four, Inc.
